This Privacy Policy explains how FU-YA ("we", "us") handles information when you use our multi-tenant SaaS platform.
Information we collect
- Account details (name, email, role, company affiliation)
- Usage and device data needed to operate and secure the service
- Files you upload to company storage
- Optional integrations (e.g. Google Reviews) when you connect them
How we use data
We use data to provide tenant-scoped features, authenticate users via JWT, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Tenant isolation
Company data is scoped by tenant identifiers. Super Admins manage company registration; Company Admins access only their company's resources.
Retention & deletion
We retain data while your account or company subscription is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for backups, disputes, or law. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.
