Refund Policy

This policy describes when refunds may apply for FU-YA paid plans. Free trials and free tiers are not eligible for refunds.
Subscription billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Charges are typically non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or stated below.
Eligible refunds
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error
- Service unavailability for a prolonged period attributable to FU-YA
- Requests within 7 days of first paid purchase if no material usage
How to request
Email billing@fu-ya.app with your company name, account email, and invoice ID. We respond within 5 business days.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime from your Company Admin settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
