Every plan includes the complete platform. The only difference is the number of staff (COMPANY_USER) accounts allowed alongside your admin.

Silver — ₹999 / $99 per month

1 staff account. For a single owner-run location getting started with feedback and loyalty.

Platinum — ₹6,999 / $199 per month

Up to 10 staff accounts. For a growing business or a small multi-branch group.

Gold — ₹19,999 / $999 per month

Up to 50 staff accounts. For an established chain running several branches.

Diamond — ₹49,999 / $9,999 per month

Up to 100 staff accounts. For a large multi-city operation.

Grandmaster — ₹1,99,999 / $19,999 per month

Unlimited staff accounts. For enterprise groups with many locations and teams.

How billing works

Plans are billed monthly. INR and USD are priced as separate offers, not a currency conversion of each other — you are charged in the currency of the plan you choose. You can raise a support ticket any time to change plan; your existing data, branches and rules carry over unchanged.

Frequently asked questions

Are any features locked behind higher plans?

No. Every plan includes the full platform — feedback, loyalty, staff ratings, queue, offers and analytics. Higher plans only raise the number of staff accounts you can create.

What counts against the user limit?

Staff (branch-user) accounts count against the limit. Your company admin account does not count towards it.

Can I run multiple branches on one plan?

Yes. Branches are not capped by plan — the staff-account limit is what scales. A ten-branch chain on the right plan runs every location from one admin.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Raise a support ticket to upgrade or downgrade; your feedback history, customers, loyalty rules and branches all stay intact.
