There are no add-ons to buy. Feedback, loyalty points, point discounts, staff ratings and tips, the waiting queue, offers and analytics are all included in every plan. What changes between plans is how many staff accounts you can create — so you pay for scale, not for features.

Every plan includes the complete platform. The only difference is the number of staff (COMPANY_USER) accounts allowed alongside your admin.

Plans are billed monthly. INR and USD are priced as separate offers, not a currency conversion of each other — you are charged in the currency of the plan you choose. You can raise a support ticket any time to change plan; your existing data, branches and rules carry over unchanged.

Staff (branch-user) accounts count against the limit. Your company admin account does not count towards it.
Yes. Branches are not capped by plan — the staff-account limit is what scales. A ten-branch chain on the right plan runs every location from one admin.
